90 South E Street

The 90 South E Street building began with a conceptual design study of possible exterior and lobby renovations and improvements in an effort to revitalize this neglected Santa Rosa structure. Working with Kellog and Associates, we implemented exterior improvements to make the building more visible from the street, redesigning landscape elements and allowing more sunlight to penetrate the interiors.
