Our work on the Petaluma Warehouse Restoration was part of the “Central Petaluma Specific Plan” and its redevelopment of the “Petaluma River Area Vision.” Our role included elements of Strategic Planning, Design and Planning, Construction and Post Occupancy. Helping bring new life to the downtown area.
We were responsible for the restoration of the building exterior, the new construction of the public lobbies, restrooms, stairs, and the development of a tenant planning strategy. All to bring the benefits of adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse for a retail/office use to the downtown Petaluma river redevelopment area.
