500 3rd Street is a new 15,000 S.F. ten story, mixed use development project in Downtown Santa Rosa, California. This project will replace the current Luther Burbank Savings Headquarters with eight floors of residential condominium units that stack above 8,000 S.F. commercial space and 6,000 S.F. of ground floor retail.
Working with Kellogg and Associates, an architecture, urban design and planning firm, to develop this project. Our role will revolve around Strategic Planning and Design and Planning.
