When chefs Duskie Estes and John Stewart opened zazu kitchen + farm in August 2001 their small, roadside joint quickly became a Sonoma County culinary destination. Now at their Barlow location, these passionate leaders of the farm-to-table movement, continue to offer both of their food sensibilities: playful Americana and rustic Northern Italian.
