Building up Calistoga without building over its character was a key goal in restoring the vacant Masonic Lodge into a multi-tenant mixed-use building. The project, which became known as the Calistoga Masonic Plaza, was built to provide modern, upscale office and retail space in downtown Calistoga.
The challenge was to fit the Masonic Plaza into the quaint and compact Downtown Calistoga. With three useable stories, the Masonic Plaza was one of the tallest buildings. But even after adding 2,650 S.F., to make a total of 8,409 S.F., the plaza was an ideal fit.
Including the addition of an elevator, lobbies and publicly accessible connection from Lincoln Avenue to a primary downtown parking lot. The Plaza retains the simplicity of its surroundings while standing out.
The Calistoga Masonic Plaza keeps the character of Downtown. Offering ideal and accessible retail and office space that seamlessly integrates modernity with the charm of Calistoga’s scenic history.
