Location: downtown Santa Rosa, CA
Project description: This 14-storey, 116 unit condominium project reaches up to 150’ in height with ground-floor retail and underground parking. The tallest proposed building in the North Bay, it required both a General Plan amendment and a Zoning Code amendment as well as Design Review approval.
